RETURN IS SIMPLE
We hope you will like everything we send you - but we also know that we might sometimes not pick the right style or size - therefore we make return very simple for you.
PICKS: Asteraki offers free return of PICKs within 7 days from the delivery and full refund.

Please note that if you return the whole box, 15 CHF of the price is a service fee and is non refundable.
Boutique: For individual items, we provide return on the expense of the customer and provide full refund.
Please note that Asteraki doesn't accept return items from promotions or sales.
Choose the return button on my account or alternatively you can send an email to info@asteraki.ch. This is important so we can trace your return. Please include the order no and the barcode of the item you want to return.
Please indicate whether you want a refund or a different size / style.
The items need to be unused, with the orignal label attached and in new condition.
When we receive the items, we will do one of the following: 1) Full refund
2) new size will be shipped.
