1. Validity of the terms and conditions and conclusion of contract

The sales takes place at the online site www.asteraki.ch. Alternatively Asteraki can offer sales via pop up markets.
The Buyer chooses service and the order is confirmed by the provider. The contract is in place as soon as the confirmation arrives at the buyer. If the confirmation does not occur within a reasonable period of time, the buyer considers this as a rejection of the order and is entitled to conclude the contract with another supplier.
2. Prices and special offers
The prices are stated in CHF. VAT and advanced recycling fee and handling are included.
-PICK purchase: At the time of transaction, the buyer pays the full amount of the PICKs - Asteraki refunds all returns received within specific time via secure payment system. Shipping costs with B post is included both ways.
-Boutique: Customers pay the full amount at checkout. Shipping is included for orders above 70 CHF.
For customer outside Switzerland, custom and local VAT may apply, for orders above 100CHF Asteraki reimburses the customers these fees .
The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. For the customers, the prices published on the website on the order date apply.
Asteraki can offer through its online store or shop clearance sales and promotions. These offers are valid only as long as they are published on the website or in the shop, and can not be claimed retroactively.
3. Delivery and Return
Delivery usually takes place within 7 days. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the customer will be informed at the latest after this time has expired. If no information is given, the customer is entitled to waive the delivery.
PICKs: The customer can return or exchange items within 10 days free of charge. The customer sends an email to email@example.com or chooses return feature on his account at www.asteraki.ch to notify about the return. The items needs to be unused, with the original label attached and in new condition. When Asteraki receives the items one of the following will be provided 1) Full refund is provided but the 25% discount is no longer valid 2) If the customer wants to exchange the item for a different size, the new item will be sent free of charge.
Boutique: Returns are at the cost of the customer. Full refund is provided for return items within 14 days, the customer sends an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify about the return. The items needs to be unused, with the original label attached and in new condition. When Asteraki receives the items one of the following will be provided 1) Full refund is provided 2) If the customer wants to exchange the item for a different size, the new item will be sent at the cost of the customer.
Asteraki doesn't accept return items from promotions or sales.
4. Liability and guarantee
4.1 The buyer must check the delivered goods as soon as possible and report any defects immediately.
5.1 Payment is possible at the request of the customer in the following ways:
§ Bank transfer with Klarna.
§ The customer can specify the number of his credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. The price of the goods will be charged on the day of the order.
5.2 In case of late payment, the provider will send a maximum of two reminders. For the second reminder a fee of CHF 15 will be charged. If the customer does not pay, then legal action will be taken. In addition, default interest of 5% percent will be charged in case of late payment. Claims for damages as well as the collection of reminder and enforcement fees are reserved.
6. Liability for online connections
6.1 The provider undertakes to provide the latest state-of-the-art security in systems, programs, etc. that belong to him and over which he has an influence, as well as to follow the rules of data protection.
6.2 Customers must ensure the security of the systems, programs and data that are within their sphere of influence. Customers should, in their own interest, keep passwords and usernames secret from third parties.
6.3 The provider is not liable for defects and malfunctions that he is not responsible for, especially not for safety defects and business interruptions of third party companies, with whom he collaborates or on which he is dependent.
6.4 Furthermore, the provider is not liable for force majeure, improper action and neglect of risks on the part of the customer or third parties, excessive use, inappropriate equipment of the customer or third parties, extreme environmental influences, customer intervention or interference by third parties (viruses, worms, etc.). ), which happen despite the necessary current security measures.
7. Application of law and jurisdiction
7.1 Swiss law applies to these terms and conditions, in particular the regulations of the OR.

For claims of a customer, the court is at the place of residence or domicile of one of the parties. For complaints of the provider, the court at the domicile of the defendant party is used.
